Molecular Identification and Characterization of non-Rhabdomyosarcoma Soft Tissue Sarcoma in Kids, Adolescents and Young Adults: an EpSSG NRSTS study designed to better understand the molecular diagnosis of pediatric NRSTS in view of optimal treatment. In particular, the study aims to a) understand the role of molecular profiling in pediatric NRSTS, b) enable a comprehensive decision on the treatment for individual patients, c) compare molecular profiles to histological grading for prognostication, d) build tumor models, and e) use molecular diagnostics to identify circulating tumor cells and treatment effects non-invasively (liquid biopsies).
